Shipping & Returns

We carry a limited stock of items, but most pieces are available made-to- order. The rings in stock are usually a size 6.5. There is a minimal surcharge for sizing.

We will email you a confirmation when we receive your order and send you a tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Please contact us directly if you have any specific sizing or shipping requests.

Shipping

All pieces are made by hand and can typically ship within 3-4 weeks. In-stock items will ship within 3-5 days. For rush orders, please reach out for time estimates.

All domestic standard shipping is $25 via FED EX and insured for the full value of the piece.

A signature is required upon delivery. International shipping varies by country, please contact us for details.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your in-stock order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition, complete with all packaging at which point a credit will be issued for the full amount within 30 days of receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Made-to-order and special order pieces may not be exchanged or returned.
